Frozen Gluten-Free Plant-Based Cheese Pizza

Gluten-free crust (water, tapioca starch, rice flour, potato starch, chickpea flour, milled flaxseed, rice starch, olive oil, cane sugar, yeast, inulin, psyllium, salt, xanthan gum, locust bean gum), tomato sauce (water, tomato paste, olive oil, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, yeast extract, herbs, spice), dairy-free cheddar and mozza shreds (Daiya oat cream™ blend (water, gluten-free oat flour, pea protein), tapioca starch, coconut oil, safflower oil, tricalcium phosphate, natural flavours, corn starch, salt, sugars (dextrose), lactic acid, yeast extract, natural colour (concentrates from pepper, apple, tomato, water), annatto). Contains gluten-free certified oat.

Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Remove overwrap plastic. Place frozen pizza directly on middle oven rack. Bake pizza for 16-21 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and no longer floppy. Check pizza after 16 minutes. Convection oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Remove overwrap plastic. Place frozen pizza directly on middle oven rack. Bake pizza for 17-22 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and no longer floppy. Check pizza after 17 minutes. CAUTION: Product must be cooked thoroughly to 160°F (71°C) for food safety and quality. Do not allow pizza to thaw. DO NOT EAT PIZZA WITHOUT COOKING.
