Spiced Tilapia
INGREDIENTS
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 tbsp cayenne
- 1 tbsp black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400ºF
- Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop out some avocado to create a well
- Add spices to bowl and mix together
- Lay tilapia on a foil-lined baking dish and brush with olive oil
- Lightly sprinkle both sides of each fillet with spice mixture
- Bake for 10 - 12 min or until fish is white and flakey
- Dig in and have a hoppy Easter
