Strawberry Ice Cream
INGREDIENTS
- 10 ounces of strawberries
- ⅔ cup of heavy cream
- ¼ cup of sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Freeze strawberries.
- Place frozen strawberries and sugar in blender.
- Blend until fruit is chopped.
- With blender still running, carefully pour heavy cream in and blend until fully mixed.
- Top with fresh strawberries and commence brain freeze.
