Apple Chips

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 apples
  • 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 200 °F.
  2. Slice apples thinly. In a large bowl, toss them with the sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Place a metal rack inside a rimmed baking sheet. Lay the apple slices on top, spacing them out so no apples overlap.
  4. Bake for 2 to 3 hours, flipping the apples halfway through.
