Classic Coleslaw
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cabbage, shredded
- 3 tbsp onion, finely diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 6 tbsp Selection olive oil
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoons poppy seeds
DIRECTIONS
- Whisk the mayo, oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and poppy seeds together in a large bowl.
- Add the coleslaw and onion to the mix and toss.
- Refrigerate overnight, or a minimum of 2 hours.
