Garlic Onion Cashews
INGREDIENTS
- 4 teaspoons of onion powder
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- ¾ teaspoon of garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 cups of Selection salted cashews
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons of dried parsley flakes
DIRECTIONS
- Mix the onion powder, sugar and garlic powder together.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add the cashews, seasoning mixture and lemon juice.
- Cook and stir for 4-7 minutes until the cashews are toasted.
- Stir in the parsley. Drain on paper towel and let it cool completely.
