Ginger S'Mores in the Oven

INGREDIENTS

• 2 pkgs Irresistibles S'Mores Belgian Milk Chocolate bark with Marshmallows
• 1 pkg Irresistibles Gingerbread cookies (approx. 30 cookies)
• Selection Mini marshmallows (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. Turn the oven to broil and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Break the chocolate into pieces to fit on top of cookies.
3. Place 10 gingerbread cookies on the parchment paper (or as many as you want to make).
4. Place a piece of chocolate on each cookie (top with mini marshmallows for extra fluffy goodness).
5. Place the sheet pan on the middle rack of the oven and broil the s'mores for about 1 to 2 minutes until marshmallows melt. The marshmallows burn easily so watch them carefully!
6. Once the marshmallows are melted, remove from oven and top with another gingerbread cookie and squeeze together.
7. Enjoy your s'mores from the oven!
