Ginger S'Mores in the Oven
INGREDIENTS
- 2 pkgs Irresistibles S'Mores Belgian Milk Chocolate bark with Marshmallows
- 1 pkg Irresistibles Gingerbread cookies (approx. 30 cookies)
- Selection Mini marshmallows (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Turn the oven to broil and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Break the chocolate into pieces to fit on top of cookies.
- Place 10 gingerbread cookies on the parchment paper (or as many as you want to make).
- Place a piece of chocolate on each cookie (top with mini marshmallows for extra fluffy goodness).
- Place the sheet pan on the middle rack of the oven and broil the s'mores for about 1 to 2 minutes until marshmallows melt. The marshmallows burn easily so watch them carefully!
- Once the marshmallows are melted, remove from oven and top with another gingerbread cookie and squeeze together.
- Enjoy your s'mores from the oven!
