Grilled Salmon

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1 lemon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut salmon into 1 ½ pound fillets.
  2. Season salmon fillets with lemon juice, pepper, and salt.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the grill to 450°- 500° F.
  5. Lightly oil grill grate. Place salmon fillets on the preheated grill.
  6. Cook salmon for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with fork.
