Grilled Sweet Summer Peaches
INGREDIENTS
- 1 stick butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 4 peaches, halved and pitted
- Canola oil
- Mint leaves, for garnisht
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl add the butter, stirring constantly until smooth. Add the cinnamon sugar, sugar, salt, mixing until combined.
- Heat grill to high. Brush peaches with oil and grill until golden brown. Top each with a few teaspoons of the butter. Garnish with mint leaves and serve!
