Sauteed Mushrooms
INGREDIENTS
- Cup of chopped local mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of dried oregano
- Tablespoon of unsalted butter
- Teaspoon of garlic powder
- Teaspoon of steak seasoning rub (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Stir and coat the mushrooms in the oil and butter.
- Sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder and seasoning. Stir to coat.
- Cook and stir mushrooms for about five minutes until lightly browned.
