Sauteed Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

  • Cup of chopped local mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of dried oregano
  • Tablespoon of unsalted butter
  • Teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Teaspoon of steak seasoning rub (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Stir and coat the mushrooms in the oil and butter.
  3. Sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder and seasoning. Stir to coat.
  4. Cook and stir mushrooms for about five minutes until lightly browned.
