Steak Marinade
INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- ¼ cup of balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Ziplock bag
- Steak
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients (except for the steak) together in a small bowl and whisk.
- Put steak in a large ziplock bag, pour marinade on top and seal.
- Let it marinate in the fridge for minimum 30 minutes (the longer, the better).
- Leave steak out at room temperature for 20 minutes before you get grilling.
