The Ultimate Vegan Burrito
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups cooked rice
- Taco seasoning
- 1 pack Gardein beefless ground
- 1 can back beans
- 1-2 avocados
- Lettuce, shredded
- 1-2 bell peppers, chopped
- 8-10 large flour tortillas
DIRECTIONS
- Cook the rice.
- While rice simmers, heat the beefless ground meat in a pan on medium heat and combine with beans and taco seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Chop lettuce, peppers, avocados and any desired toppings.
- Evenly distribute toppings and meat on tortillas.
- Wrap up the burrito.
