Our pickup services are currently available in select areas and stores only. Enter the relevant postal code to check if you're eligible for pickup. The service is not yet available in your area? Write to us.

Please click on "Forgot your password?" and an email will be sent to the email address you used to sign up. You will then be prompted to set a new password.

To change your favourite store, login and click on "My Account". You can then click on "My Profile" and "Edit my info" in the "My favourite store" section. This will then bring you to our store finder page where you can enter your preferred postal code and select a new store.

To change your contact information, login and click on "My Account". You can then click on "My Profile" and "Edit my info" in the "Account information" section. Here you can edit your email. You can also follow these instructions to change your password at any time.

In the app:

  1. Create an account if you haven't already
  2. Pull up the account barcode at cash register OR self check out
  3. Scan the barcode
  4. Opt-in for e-receipt
  5. That's it - enjoy!

On foodbasics.ca:

  1. Create an account if you haven't already
  2. Sign in and go to "My Account" and click on "My Profile"
  3. Go to the "My communication preferences" section and click on "Edit my preferences"
  4. Here you will find a check box to receive your store purchase receipts by email. Simply check the box to receive your e-receipts or uncheck to remove this option
  • On foodbasics.ca go to the "Flyer" page of the main menu. Here you can see this weeks flyer whether you have a Food Basics account or not. If you are signed in to your Food Basics account the current flyer for your favourite store will be displayed on the page.
