Spook-Tacular Eye Balls

INGREDIENTS

• 4 cups Powdered Sugar
• 5 tbsp Meringue Powder
• ½ cup Cold Water
• Tools You Will Need: Black Gel Food Colouring, Cookie Sheet, Parchment Paper, 2 Pastry Bags fit with a #3 tip OR a freezer bag

DIRECTIONS

1. Line each cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, beat together powdered sugar, meringue powder and ½ cup of water for 3-5 minutes.
3. Take 1 ½ cups of the frosting and place in a medium bowl. Add 5-10 drops of black food colouring and mix until desired colour.
4. Fill one pastry bag with white icing and another with black icing.
5. With the white icing, make dots for the eyes. Let dry and use the black to make the pupils.
6. Let them dry overnight. Put them on your cake and get ready to spook!
